This game can be played as a warm-up before a sports session with children.
The aim of this course is to aucrease the child's body temperature before a sports session and help prevent injury.

The role of the players?
At "TOP DÉPART" I run through the four gates.
further on, a hoop is placed on the ground, I jump into it then raise it along my body and pass it over my head to place it back on the ground.
I go around the second yellow peg, jump over four hurdles and then slalom the four pegs.
I walk around the third yellow peg and jump with one foot in each hoop.
I go around the last yellow peg and then crawl over the mats to the finish line.
I finish the course and repeat it 2 or 3 times.
