The first intermediate-level children's course in this section.
This game can be played as a warm-up before a sports session with children.
The aim of this course is to aucrease the child's body temperature before a sports session and help prevent injury.

The role of the players?
At "TOP START" I run and then jump over three hurdles.
I go around the first yellow peg, then jump sideways with my foot, crossing the three slats. Further on, a hoop is placed on the ground; I jump into it, then raise it along my body, passing it over my head before placing it back on the ground.
I go around the second yellow peg, crawl under the two hurdles and then climb the motor ladder one knee at a time.
I round the third yellow stud and sprint to the fourth yellow peg.
I jump feet-first through the first three hoops, then through the next five, putting one foot in each.
I finish the course and repeat it 2 or 3 times.
