3 essential reasons to have fun doing sport

RULE 1: Have fun!

Practising a sporting activity gives you a feeling of well-being and fulfillment through effort.

Playing, having fun and letting off steam through sport contribute to a child's physical, psychological and social development, happiness and well-being.

Child having fun

Pleasure first!

Having fun with physical activity helps to free your child and improve his or her mood.

Perhaps he/she had a bad day at school ?

Don't forget that this doesn't just happen to adults, children have emotions too! 🙂

Your child also needs to let off steam.

ps: sports evacuate better than video games. (with the exception of just dance)

I won't go into detail on this subject, even though I'm fond of video games. For me, the best way to free yourself is to play sports!

Have fun playing sports games
  • Releases excess energy
  • Improved mood
  • Frees the mind

Fun is freedom

A child who has had fun is a liberated child, a child who concentrates better and is much more committed to doing everyday things like homework.

Without pleasure, a sporting activity is meaningless. Take the time to explain things in a way that's both appropriate and fun.
